COMPLIMENTARY ASSESSMENT OF YOUR TEAM’S NEEDS

We will ascertain the needs of your team and personalise the approach to various “need groups”. Our learning tracks will assure that each group with various levels of understanding will continue to grow and be motivated for change.

ONLINE & IN-PERSON LEARNING MODULES AVAILABLE

Our team will conduct educational training sessions around personal development, behavioural change and coaching. Learning topics will be established based on the feedback, desires and needs of your team.

ON DEMAND PLATFORM

You will have access to regular on demand “members only” platform that provides educational and motivational content which can be viewed at your own time and convenience, this helps foster and support a culture of positivity on a ongoing basis.

MEDITATION & MINDFULNESS CLASSES

We will facilitate weekly relaxation and mental wellness classes using a mixed choice of effective stress management practices: EFT Tapping, Meditation, Tai Chi, Mindfulness classes and much more. 

WEEKLY FACEBOOK GROUP / GOOGLE HANGOUTS / ZOOM

Members can join these Personal Development - Mental Well being sessions which address the various levels of understanding (beginners & intermediate levels available) these classes give people the opportunity to strengthen their skills and knowledge around particular areas they want to work on the most.
